一种新的长输管道泄漏监测方法 被引量:4

A NEW LEAKAGE MONITORING METHOD FOR LONG-DISTANCE PIPELINE

摘要 通过对管道泄漏的数值计算,发现管道泄漏时管道上下游水力参数的变化规律不同于阀门启闭引起的水力参数的变化规律。基于此,将复杂的管道泄漏模型转化为容易识别的参数突变模型,提出了应用变点检测原理在线监测管道泄漏的方法,并将扩展的序列似然比检测方法应用于管道泄漏识别中。试验结果表明该方法能实时有效地识别管道泄漏。 The pressure and flow rate are calculated for the leaking long-distance pipelines. It is noticed that the variation of the hydraulic parameters in case of the leakage is different from those caused by the valves opened and closed at inlet and outlet. According to the observed variation of the hydraulic parameters with leakage, a model is established for recognizing the abrupt changes of parameters. Based on this model a new leakage monitoring method is presented in which the expanded sequential probability test is applied. Experimental results show that this method can effectively detect the leakage of pipelines.
