摘要
本文介绍了测试系统的基本组成部分,应用ZSZ转换技术对从自整角机获取的信号进行处理,提出了一种改进的ZSZ与51单片机的接口设计方法,应用于飞机空速测试系统中。实现了空速、马赫数及相位电压表等信号在数码管上的直观显示,给飞行员提供较准确的飞行参考数据,提高了测试过程的自动化和智能化水平及测试效率和精度,保证了飞行的安全性,具有较高的实用价值。
The basal theory of the plane airspeed test system is introduced. The technology of zsz transformation processing is used in the signal of selsyn processing. And an advanced connection design method is given in ZSZ and MCS-51 single chip and is used to plane airspeed test system . the airspeed,the roach and the phase voltage equisignal on the nixietube visual display is realized,and provides the accurate flight reference data to the pilot, and enhanced the test process automation and the intellectualized level and the test efficiency and the precision,and has guaranteed the flight security, having more value of practicality.
