摘要
设计了一种以AT89C51为核心的腰椎牵引仪。系统具有牵引力检测、牵引力控制、牵引力及牵引时间显示和超荷报警等功能。系统采用拉式负荷传感器检测牵引力度,用电容运转式异步电机及其配套装置来控制牵引力度。牵引力检测与控制等性能稳定可靠,同时该系统还为用户提供了智能、友好的用户界面。
This paper designs a vertebra traction instrument which used AT89C52 as its core.This system has multiple functions such as traction force detection, traction force control,traction force and time display and alam when overload eta. This system employs the pulling force sensors to detect traction force and uses capacitance running asynchronism motor with other parts to control traction force. The performance in traction force detection and control of this system is stable. The system also provides an intelligent and friendly interface.
