摘要
本文主要针对两种不同Flash的特征,在研究目前的Flash存储技术基础之上,设计了一种数据存储系统,实现对数据进行高速存储,其中在NorFlash上保存NandFlash的有效块列表,而NandFlash本身只负责数据的保存。该系统同时完成了ARM对DSP的加载,并通过网络套接字技术,实现了上位机和ARM之间的网络TCP协议通信,DSP将数据通过EPB发送给ARM,然后通过转发给上位机。
Having studied the current Flash storage technique, the article introdes a data storage system based on the features of NandFlash and NorFlash. The system realizes the high-speed storage. It puts the valid block table into NorFlash and puts the target data into NandFlash. At the same time, it also finished the DSP booting from the host of ARM. It also finished network socket techniques, which realizes the TCP communication from the upper PC to ARM. The data is sent to ARM by EPB and finally sent to the upper PC.
