民营企业组织公正与工作满意度之关系的实证分析——以新疆为例

The Empirical Analysis of Organization Impartial and Degree of Working Satisfaction in Private Enterprises——Taking Xinjang Province as Example

摘要 本文以权变理论为基础,以新疆民营企业为研究对象,研究组织公正与工作满意度之间关系,根据117个企业的有效问卷,本文有如下发现:组织公正感由分配公正、程序公正、互动公正三个维度构成,工作满意度由外在满意度和内在满意度二个维度构成;分配公正与程序公正呈正相关;程序公正、分配公正和互动公正同工作满意度呈正相关;在民营企业特定环境下,分配公正较之程序公正、互动公正同员工工作满意度具有较高的相关性。
