血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽在肾移植与肾透析患者中的检测及其意义

摘要 采用放射免疫分析对32例肾移植患者手术前后及35例肾透析患者血液透析前后进行了血浆内皮素(ET)与降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平检测,并以30名正常人作为对照组。结果显示,肾移植与肾透析患者血浆ET含量均显著高于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。肾移植术后及血透析后血浆ET含量均明显下降,与移植术前和血透析前比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者血浆CGRP含量均明显低于对照组(P<005)。血透析患者在血透析后的血浆CGRP含量增高显著(P<001)。肾移植患者在术后1天的血浆CGRP含量亦明显升高(P<0.05)。结果提示,ET与CGRP共同参与了肾脏疾病的病理生理过程,其含量变化的研究对提高肾移植的手术成功率及血液透析质量具有重要意义。 The paper is to investigate the effect of the changes of the contents of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in kidney transplant and dialysis. Theplasma ET and CGRP in 32 patients with kidney transplant bfore and after operation, 35 patientswith kidney dialysis before and after dialysis and 30 normal subjects were determined by RIA. Thelevels of ET in patients with kidney transplant and dialysis were markedly higher than that in normal subjects (P< 0. 05). After kidney transplant and dialysis, the ET levels were significantly decreased (P< 0. 05). The CGRP levels in patients of the two groups were markedly lower thanthat in nornal subjects (P< 0. 05). The CGRP levels in patients after kidney dialysis were moreincreased than that in patients before operation (P < 0.01), but there was no change of CGRPlevels in patients before and after kidney transplant (P < 0.05). ET and CGRP could participatein the process of pathology and physiology in kidney disease. Study on the change of ET andCGRP may improve the successful rate of kidney transplant and the quality of kidney dialysis.
