摘要 常规过螺纹链接油管压裂技术在准确压裂定位、多层段隔离、裂缝有效封隔以及作业程序上存在局限。这里介绍了三种过连续油管压裂新工艺,并对各压裂工艺作用机理、工艺特征、存在的问题和局限性、今后发展中亟需解决的难点以及发展趋势进行了综述及探讨。与常规压裂工艺相比,连续油管压裂技术更加适应于不同类型油气藏增产改造的需要。在连续油管压裂现场应用过程中,配套连续油管井下工具、压裂液体系、压裂施工设计以及选井选层是确保工艺成功的关键;连续油管装备及可靠性依然是降低井下作业风险,减少作业失败的焦点。连续油管压裂技术潜力巨大,应当得到进一步应用与加强,以逐渐取代常规压裂技术。 Conventional through screw-connected tubing fracturing techniques are limited in accurate location of opening fractures, isolation of multilayer, efficient packing of fractures, and operation schedule. Three new techniques of through coiled tubing fracturing (CTF) are introduced. The working mechanisms, process features, some existed limitations, problems, development urgencies and tendencies are discussed. The CTF technique is more applicable in many types of oil/gas reservoir stimulation. In field application process, the supporting bottomhole assembly tools, fracturing fluid system, fracturing design, target stimulation layers optimization are the key to success. CT equipment and string reliability continue to be the focus of efforts to reduce downhole risks and decrease operational failures. CTF technique has so much potential that it should be strengthen and instead of the conventional fracturing gradually.
