摘要
采用自适应相对距离最近阈值法对图像进行小波分解,从而得到不同级别不同序号的子带。将小波分解后的高频子带划分为4×4的局部块,在位平面编码时采用两种方法,即位平面0、1、2清除通道编码省略法和位平面6、7一次扫描法,提高了压缩比和编码效率。
