绝经期舌痛症患者雌激素水平与睡眠质量关系的研究

A study of the relationship between serum estrogen in post-menopausal women with glossodynia and sleep quality

目的探讨绝经期舌痛症患者雌激素水平与睡眠质量之间的关系。方法对87例舌痛症的绝经期女性患者和82例对照组进行成组病例对照研究。检测两组血清雌二醇(E2)及促卵泡激素(FSH)和采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(the Pithsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI),对两组绝经期女性患者进行睡眠质量的评价。结果舌痛症组的血清E2值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),FSH值则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),舌痛组的睡眠质量明显低于对照组。结论内分泌水平的变化对绝经期女性的睡眠质量有直接影响。

[Objective] To study the relationship between serum levels of estrogen and sleep quality in post- menopausal women with glossodynia. [Methods] 87 post-menopausal women with glossodynia and a randomly selected control group （n =82） were comprehensively investigated with the method of case - control study. The serum levels of estradiol （E2） and follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） were measured. All the cases with glossodynia and controls were evaluated by the Pithsburgh Sleep Quality Iindex （PSQI）. [Results] The serum level of E2 was significantly lower in post-menopausal women with glossodynia than in control group （P 〈0.05）, and the level of FSH was significantly higher in patients with glossodynia （P 〈0.05）. Glossalgia group＇s sleep quality in the patients was worse than in the control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] The result of the study indicated that serum estrogen level is associated with sleep quality in post-menopausal women with glossodynia.
