10%明矾治疗口腔颌面部及皮肤血管瘤114例疗效观察

10% alum is used to treat oromaxillo-facial region or skin hemangioma and 114 cases

目的探讨10%明矾治疗口腔颌面部及体表皮肤血管瘤的临床疗效。方法分析2001～2007年收治的114例口腔颌面部及皮肤血管瘤患者,局部注射10%明矾1～2mL,1～2周/次。结果10例未复诊未统计,其余治愈94例,显效10例,治愈率为90.38%,总有效率为100%,观察1～2年无复发或加重。结论10%明矾注射治疗血管瘤安全有效。

[Objective ] To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 10% alum in treating hemangioma in maxillofaeial regions and skin. [Methods] 10% alum appropriate in treating 114 cases with hemangioma in maxillofacial regions and skin were anlyazed. [Results] Following up from 1 year to 2 years, 10 cases of non-referral, 94 eases were cured, 10 cases were improved, the clinical recovery rate was 90.38% and the total effective rate was 100%. [Conclusion] 10% alum is certainly effective for the treatment of hemangioma in maxillofacial regions and skin.
