甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY WITH METHOTREXATE AND MIFEPRISTONE

目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤（ｍｅｔｈｏｔｒｅｘａｔｅ，ＭＴＸ）与米非司酮（ｍｉｆｅｐｒｉｓｔｏｎｅ，Ｒｕ４８６）治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法：对确诊为异位妊娠胚胎存活的４４例患者进行药物保守治疗。随机分为两组，Ⅰ组：肌肉注射ＭＴＸ２０ｍｇ／ｄ，连用５天为１疗程。Ⅱ组：口服Ｒｕ４８６１００ｍｇ／ｄ，分２次，连用３天为１疗程。用药前、后定时测β－ｈｃＧ。结果：Ⅰ组总成功率９６．６７％，Ⅱ组总成功率６４．２８％。经四格表显著性检验，两组成功率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：用药物保守治疗异位妊娠，ＭＴＸ明显优于Ｒｕ４８６。

Objective:The efficacy of injecting intramuscularly methotrexate (MTX) and taking medicine mifepristone (Ru 486) to treat ectopic pregnancy was explored.Method:44 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed were treated by drug conservative therapy.They were divided into two groups.Group I was treated by intramuscular MTX 20 mg/d with successive five days as one course.Group Ⅱ was treated by taking orally Ru486 100 mg/d (divided into two halves),three days making up one course.Before and after treatmant the titer of serum βhcG was monitored till it became normal.Result:In Group I,96.67% were successfully treated;in Group Ⅱ,64.28% were successfully treated.There are significant differences (P<005) between the two groups.Conclusion:MTX is much more effective than Ru486 in the drug conservative therapy.
