目的:探讨五常法在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法:应用五常法原理,对人的言行、物品的摆放、手术室环境等定期进行检查评估和规范改进,将五常法活动按标准要求,逐渐从形式化向习惯化推进。结果:五常法管理的应用,改善了手术室环境,增加了空间的可用性,物品定位摆放清楚,手术器械、贵重仪器、急救药品以及手术室护理质量等明显得到改善,提高了手术患者和手术医护人员的满意度。结论:五常法能改善手术室的工作方法和环境,确保患者的医疗护理安全,从而提高工作效率和质量,提升手术室的形象。
