美国中小学教师研究生层次教育的发展历程及其启示

摘要 美国中小学教师研究生层次的教育始于19世纪90年代,20世纪50-70年代得到大力的发展,20世纪80年代以后逐渐成为主要趋势。研究美国中小学教师研究生层次教育的发展历程,我们得到如下启示:教师教育是基础教育改革成败的关键;研究生层次的教师教育是教师专业发展的必然要求;改革教师教育机构、探索新的教师教育模式是我国教师教育改革过程中的重中之重。
