摘要
烧伤后创面早期处理不当可引起感染，使创面加深，深度创面早期修复方法不当，术后未进行有效的功能锻炼是发生疤痕增生或挛缩的根本原因．本文提出了预防疤痕增生和治疗烧伤疤痕的方法．
The main causes of burn hypertrophic scar and burn scar contracture are: the burn wound surface becaming more deeper due to infection caused by incorrect wound treatment in early stage postburn, the incorrect repaired method to wound surface and having no effective functional therapy The article purt forward the coffect method of prevention and treatment of burn hypertrophic scar．
