常用集输管线钢在CO_2多相流中的腐蚀行为 被引量:9

摘要 用高温高压釜考察了动态条件下温度、CO2分压和油水比等因素对X65、Q235B、16Mn三种钢的CO2腐蚀行为的影响;用扫描电镜对腐蚀试样进行了表面形貌观察,对腐蚀产物进行了能谱分析与X射线衍射分析。结果表明,钢在CO2多相流腐蚀介质中的耐蚀顺序为:16Mn,Q235B,X65。随着含水量、压力的增加,三种钢的腐蚀速率增加;随着温度的升高,钢的腐蚀速率先升高,60℃时最大,90℃时腐蚀速率最小。 The effects of temperature, CO2 partial pressure and ratio of oil to water on the corrosion of X65, Q235B and 16Mn in CO2 multiphase flow were investigated in an autoclave. SEM, EDX and XRD were used to analyze the micro morphology and corrosion products. The results indicated that the anti-CO2 corrosion ability in CO2 multiphace flow was in the order of 16Mn〉Q235B〉X65. The corrosion rate of the three materials increased with increasing the moisture and pressure . With increasing the temperature, the corrosion rate increased firstly and reached the maximum at 60℃ then declined and got the minimum at 90 ℃.
