摘要
对飞机主机械操纵体系中的典型六杆非线性机构进行了分析和研究,建立了六杆机构的几何运动方程,提出了依据非线性设计曲线确定机构各组成构件几何参数的最小二乘优化方法,并通过算例,验证了优化模型的合理与算法的可靠、高效。
The paper studies and discusses the optimal design of typical non-linear six-bar mechanism in a primary manipulation system of aircraft. The non-linear kinematical equations of the mechanism are derived, and an optimal least-squares method to determine geometrical parameters of the components is proposed based on non-linear design curves. An application example is conducted to check the correctness and validity of the mentioned kinematical relations.
