摘要
在圆周方向具有位置可移动物体的回转机械具有自动平衡特性。建立了自动平衡回转机械实验台,分析了实验台的自动平衡效果;构造了自动平衡回转机械数学模型并进行了仿真。实验与仿真结果一致表明自动平衡回转机械工作机理主要在于过临界转速下转子内的可移动物体向偏心质量的对侧方向运动,使系统总偏心质量减小。参数化仿真揭示了可移动物体的滚动摩擦系数、粘性阻尼系数和转子旋转加速度对自动平衡过程的影响规律。
The rotating machinery with modile object on the circle elirction has the characteristic of automatic balancing. An experiment table of automatic balancing for rotating machinery is presented in this paper. Its automatic balancing effect is analyzed and its mathematic model is built for simulation. Both the experiment and the simulation indicate the working mechanism of automatic balancing, which makes the mobile object in the rotor move towards the opposite direction of eccentris mass and decreases the fotal eccentric mass of the rotating machinery, when the rotating machiney runs under the chtical speed. The prrameter simulation shows the rules of how the rolling friction coefficient, viscous dauping coefficient and rotational scceleratio of the mobile object influencing the automatic balancing process.
