摘要
设计了一种新型的电涡流缓速器—发动机电涡流缓速器,首先介绍了设计的新型的电涡流缓速器的优点、结构和工作原理,然后运用电磁场理论推导了发动机电涡流缓速器制动功率和制动力矩的计算公式,最后把发动机电涡流缓速器装在实验台上,制动功率和制动力矩的试验值与计算值十分吻合。
A new kind of eddy current retarder-engine eddy current retarder is designed in this paper. First advantages, structure and working principle of the engine eddy current retarder are introdueted ; then the formula of braking power and braking torque are deduced with the theory of electromagnetic field ; finally engine eddy current retarder is installed on vehicle and the experimental values, of braking power and braking torque are well consistent with computation.
