摘要 根据任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿廓数学模型,运用Pro/E软件构建了双圆弧齿轮模型,首先分析比较了仅在凸齿处加载和在凸、凹齿处同时加载两种不同加载方式时的齿腰弯曲应力,然后在轮齿的凸、凹齿处同时加载,对齿腰处的弯曲应力进行了有限元分析,得出了双圆弧齿轮齿腰弯曲应力与螺旋角、模数、齿数的关系曲线。其分析结果将为双圆弧齿轮设计和制造等提供参考依据。 According to mathematical model of tooth profile of double-arc gear on any rotary angle position, a double-arc gear model is built By Pro / E software. First of all, this paper analyzes and compares the tooth waist bending stress under two different loading ways: one is loaded only at the convex tooth profile and the another is loaded at both convex and concave tooth. Then the finite element analysis is usede for the tooth waist bending stress in the later loading way, therefore obtains the relative curve of double-circulator-arc gear bending stress with helix angle, modulus and number of teeth is obtained. The analysis results will provide a reference for double-are gear design, manufacturing and so on.
