概述了目前矿车结底存在的问题和解决办法,阐述了新型卧轴旋耕式清车机的工作原理与结构参数。该装置在不改变原煤输送线设备结构的条件下能够实现对矿车的快速清理,且在清车速度、资金投入及对矿车的损坏程度方面克服了现有清车装置的弊端,能够高效清理矿车粘接物,而且适应矿车运煤生产节拍。

The problems and solutions of mine car scale were summarized, and a novel rotary tilling type mine car cleaner with horizontal shaft was presented in this paper. High efficient cleaning can be achieved by using the cleaner under the condition of keeping original layout of coaL transportation line. Further more, the cleaner can overcome disadvantages of other mine car cleaning devices in efficiency, cost, and car protection. Efficient utilizating the space, meeting the producton tempo, and no influence on mine roadway operations can be achieved too.
