摘要
互操作性是协同作战的重要课题,目前还未形成关于互操作性的理论。重点对战术数据链的互操作性测试方法进行研究,提出了战术数据链互操作性定义、影响互操作性的因素、互操作性成熟度模型、互操作性的测量方法及测试内容。该方法可用于描述战术数据链及其它军事通信系统的互操作性测试。
Interoperability is a very important research task in coordination combat, at present there is no theory about interoperability. The interoperability measurement method for tactical data link（TDL） is studied in this paper. The definition of interoperability of TDL, and the factors impacting the interoperability of TDL, and interoperability maturity model, interoperability measurement method, and items of interoperability measurement are brougbt forward. The method proposed in this paper can be used to describe the interoperability measurement of TDL and other military communication systems.
