CD44s和RAHMM在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Expressions of CD44s and RAHMM in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and their clinical significance

目的探讨CD44s和RHAMM在膀胱移行细胞癌的表达及其与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为之间关系及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌和6例正常膀胱标本CD44s和RHAMM的表达。结果膀胱癌中RHAMM、CD44s阳性表达率分别为60%、63%。随着膀胱癌进展CD44s表达显著下降,RHAMM阳性表达增高,与病理分级及分期有关。结论联合检测CD44s和RHAMM有助于膀胱移行细胞癌的的恶性程度及预后做出较准确的评估。

Objective To investigate the expression of CD44s and RHAMM in the bladder transitional carcinoma （BTCC）, their relationship with the biological behavior of BTCC and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of RHAMM and CD44s in 60 cases of BTCC and in 6 of normal bladder was detected by immunohistochmical method. Results The positive expression rate of RHAMM, CD44s in bladder cancer was 60% and 63%, respectively. With the invasion of bladder carcinoma, the expression of RHAMM was increased and was related to the pathological stages and metastasis, while the expression of CD44s decreased obviously and reversely related to the metastasis. Conclusion Combined detection of CD44s and RHAMM can provide more accurate judgment of malignance and prognosis for BTCC.
