摘要
目的通过阴道镜下活检,探讨阴道镜在宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析阴道镜下活检样本734例,根据阴道镜图像定位取活组织送病理检查。结果阴道镜诊断与阴道镜下活检病理组织学诊断完全符合率为77.8%。其中,宫颈炎诊断符合率为93.9%,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)诊断符合率为64.0%,浸润癌诊断符合率为100%。结论阴道镜检查对宫颈癌,尤其是癌前病变的早期诊断有重要价值,阴道镜下定位活检提高宫颈病变诊断的准确性与检出率。
Objective To investigate the value of colposcopy in diagnoses of cervical disease. Methods 734 cases cervical biopsy was performed using colposcopy. Results The corresponding rate of the colposcopy with the pathology was 77.8%. There are 93.9% in cervicitis and 64.0% in cervical intraep ithelial neoptasia （CIN） and 100% in invasive cervical carcinoma,respectively. Conclusion Colposcopy has inaportant value in cervical carcinoma, especially, the early diagnosis. Colposcopic biopsy can make the cervical diagnoses more accurate and effective.
