医学模式的不断演变或重建,护理模式也随之发生变化。现代护理教育强调,运用整体护理的理念,注重对学生进行人文精神及评判性思维能力培养,逐步从技术培训发展为突出能力的培养。护理实验教学在教学理念、内容、目的、方法及测评等方面顺应其变化,围绕人的多层面需求对学生进行综合能力培养。

With the evolvement or reconstruction of the medical mode, the nursing mode also has been changing continuously. The modem nursing education focuses on fostering students＂ humanities spirit and critical thinking based on the principles of holistic nursing, and develops into ability-centered fostering from skill training. Nursing experimental teaching will adapt the changes on the teaching philosophy,content, objective,method and assessment, fostering the mixed ability of the students encircling the multi-requirement of human being.
