摘要
考虑到锥形配流副在高压条件下的弹性变形量已与油膜厚度同一数量级,应用弹性流体动力润滑理论,建立了其弹性变形条件下锥形配流副的润滑数学模型,采用有限差分法求解了模型的控制方程,进行了弹性变形对锥形配流副润滑特性的影响研究。结果表明,锥形配流副的弹性变形对其润滑特性有较大的影响,它增大了泄漏量,降低了摩擦转矩;工作压力对摩擦转矩的影响程度要大于偏心率。
Considering that the magnitude of the elastic deformation of conical spindle distributing flow pair is the same with that of film thickness under high pressure, the model of lubrication was established by the theory of elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The influence of elastic deformation on the lubricating characteristics of conical spindle distributing flow pair was investigated using finite differential method. The results show that the elastic deformation has great effect on lubricating characteristics of conical spindle distributing flow pair, it increases leakage and decreases frictional torque. The influence of working pressure on frictional torque is greater than that of eccentricity.
