摘要
从制粉、烧结和强化等工艺对高密度W-Ni-Fe合金性能影响的角度简述了近年来国内外在高密度W-Ni-Fe合金方面的研究进展,探讨了该合金制备技术的发展趋势。认为溶胶-凝胶法和电场活化烧结由于各自的特点,有望成为制备钨基合金研究的新热点。指出在烧结钨基合金的后续强化处理方法中热静液挤压和表面渗碳处理优势较为明显,值得进一步深入研究。
The recent research work of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys is briefly reviewed, focusing on the influences of powders preparation, sintering and strengthening processes on mechanical properties. And subsequently the development trend of preparation technique of W-Ni-Fe alloys is preliminarily explored. Sol-gel method and electric field activated sintering are expected to become new hot research topics because of their individual characteristics. In addition, amongst the subsequent strengthening treatments of sintered alloys, hot hydrostatic extrusion and surface earburization are worth further studying owing to their more outstanding advantages.
