摘要
由于传统的硬开关APFC的开关管工作方式为硬开关状态,造成开关损耗大、开关管电流应力大和快恢复二极管开关噪音大。本文在Boost电路的基础上,利用改进型ZVT(Zero Voltage Transition)作为APFC的主电路,完成将电网输入端的交流变为直流,并在软开关条件下实现功率因数校正。对其进行仿真分析,验证了该设计方法的正确性。
In the traditional hard-switching APFC,switching working way is the hard-switching state,it resulted in switching losses,switching current stress and the fast recovery diode switching noise severely.This paper based on Boost circuit,By using of improved ZVT(Zero Voltage Transition)as the main APFC circuit,it completed the exchange of input AC into DC,and under conditions of soft-switching power factor correction.Their simulation analysis to verify the correctness of the design method.
