摘要
高校档案收集工作具有类目的多样性及形成时间的不一致性等特点。如何做好高校档案收集工作,应从以下几方面入手:一是加强对专、兼职档案人员的业务培训,建立激励机制;二是运用公关理念做好收集工作;三是开展档案利用情况的分析研究,以利用促收集;四是做好用户需求登记,以用户需求为导向开展收集工作;五是根据情况及时调整各门类归档范围。另外还要加强非纸质载体档案的收集工作。
Archives-collection in college has a variety of categories and its formation time is variable.The following points may help do the job：firstly,strengthen professional training of full-time or part-time workers and set up the promotion system;secondly,apply the idea of public relations to collect archives;thirdly,promote collection by analyzing the utilization of the archives;fourthly,record clients requirement so as to collect information with customer-orientation;fifthly,adjust filing range according to different situations.Moreover,the collection of non-paper carrier archives should be enhanced as well.
