G-CSF在白血病骨髓抑制期的应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF GRANULOCYTE COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR IN CHILDRED WITH LEUKEMIA OF BONE MARROW DEPRESSION

报告G－CSF在小儿白血病骨髓抑制期的临床应用，共23例（43例次），并设对照组比较。在23例急性白血病患儿，20例为急性淋巴细胞白血病，3例为髓系白血病。结果：骨髓抑制期应用G－CSF组与对照组比较，中性粒细胞绝对值（ANC）恢复到ANC＞1×109／L及血小板（PLT）恢复到PLT＞100X109/L的时间明显缩短（P<0．05）及感染率明显降低（P<0．05），且副反应轻。此结果提示，G－CSF有利于抑制的骨髓的动员及恢复，可提高在强化疗治疗病人的安全性。

This paper reljorts the clinical applications of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GCSF) in 43 children patients (times) of bone marrow depression and compared with controlgroups. Among the 23 cases, 20 had acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), 3 cases had acutemyeloid leukemia (AML). The results showed that the duration needed for recovery of absolute neutrophil count (ANC) to ANC 1. 0 X 109/L and platelet (PLT) to PLT>100 X 109/Lwas shortened significantly (P<0. 05) and the rate of infection decreased obviously (P<0.05) in G-CSF groups than in controls. The side effects were not serious. These results suggested that applications of G-CSF might be beneficial to depressant bone marrow for mobilization and recovery, this may raise safety of patients in strong chemotherapy.(Original article on page 156)
