摘要
采用免疫组化方法检测63例肺癌和12例正常肺组织中微血管密度和VEGF的表达。结果显示,肺癌与正常肺组织中微血管密度和VEGF的表达,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),肺癌的微血管密度随着VEGF表达增强而增多;VEGF表达与肺癌分化程度、分期及预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结果表明VEGF参与肺癌的发生、发展过程,可作为肺癌生物学行为的一项评估指标。
The expression of VEGF and microvessel density were examined in 63 cases of NSCLC and 12 normal lung tissues with immunohistochemical method.The results showed that the positive expression of VEGF and microvessel density in NSCLC were significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissues,there was a close correlation between microvessel density and VEGF positivity.The expression of VEGF was closely related to the pathological grade,the stage of NSCLC and prognosis(P<0.05).It suggested that overexpression of VEGF play a role in the development of NSCLC and may serve as a tumor marker to evaluate the biological behavior of NSCLC.
