技术引进与创新能力:基于技术引进方跨职能部门间的沟通模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于167家企业的数据研究表明,技术引进方内部不同职能部门之间的沟通模式对技术接受方的创新能力的贡献具有显著差异,相对虚拟沟通和面对面沟通模式而言,基于高情感投入的沟通模式对创新能力的贡献尤为明显。
