正交试验法研制适合煤系地层钻进的泥浆

摘要 通过现场搜集与查阅相关技术资料,总结出组成煤系地层的岩石的物理、化学性质。在适合于煤系地层钻进的泥浆体系中,在实验室内利用正交优化实验确定泥浆体系中各化学处理剂的配方,并分别测量不同配方的泥浆性能,确定最能解决煤系地层钻进中遇到的孔内事故的泥浆配方。再进行煤系地层岩样的浸泡实验,观察煤柱变化情况,检验所选泥浆是否具备理想防塌效果,并从中找出规律,解决煤系地层钻进时钻孔出现的问题。
