30例食管癌的MRI分析

MR Imaging of Esopbageal Cardnoraa: An Analysis of 30 Cases

目的:探讨MPI在食管癌分期中的作用。材料和方法:使用安科ASP-015型MR扫描机对30例经病理证实的食管癌行MR成像。结果:MRI评价食管癌外侵程度的准确率为75～100％。纵隔淋巴结检出率100％,食管旁淋巴结检出率20％。肿瘤MBI分期准确率为82.35％。结论:MRI能给食管癌分期,对临床选择何种治疗及选择合适的手术方式有重要价值。

Purpose: To study the value of MRI in staging esophageal carcinoma. Materials and methods; Thirty cases of esophageal carcinoma confirmed by pathology were imaged with MR at 0.15T. Results; The accuracy to evaluate the invasive degree of esophageal carcinoma with MRI was 75% - 100%. The detection of mediastinal lymph nodes was 100% . The detection of parae-sophageal lymph nodes was- 20% . The accuracy of tumour staging with MRI was 82.35%. Conclusion; The esophageal carcinoma can be staged by MRI which is valuable for selecting the suitable method of treatment and the appropriate mode of opoeration.
