The synthesis of isoamyl acetate by the H_2O_2/H_2SO_4 modification coal activated carbon as a catalyst

摘要 研究以H_2O_2/H_2SO_4改性活性炭为催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯,考察了影响反应酯化率的各种因素。实验结果表明最佳反应条件是:酸醇物质的量比为1:1.5(固定乙酸用量为0.05 mol),催化剂用量为乙酸质量的12.5%(总反应物料的4.8%),反应时间为3.0 h,反应温度126~130℃。在最佳反应条件下,乙酸的酯化率达98.9%。 Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol, using modified active carbon as the catalyst .The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate were investigated. The optimum reaction condition were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of acetic acid to isoamylol l:1.5, the amount of catalyst 12.5 %, reaction temperature 126~130℃, reaction time 3.0 h. The experiment shows that the catalytic activity of the catalyst is very high . Under the best conditions, the esterification rate of over 98.9 % was attained.
