摘要
20世纪90年代以来,由于勘探开发难度日益增加,特别开发一些裂缝发育易漏失、低压低孔低渗储层时,钻井工作难度较大,对钻井液的要求较高。介绍一种水包油钻井液体系配方,优选了该水包油钻井液体系配方,对该水包油钻井液体系的稳定性、抗污染性、抗盐性和润滑性进行了评价,试验表明,该水包油钻井液体系具有低的虑矢量、较好的抗盐性、较好的抗污染性以及较好的润滑性,能够满足钻井施工的要求。
Since the 90's 20th century, due to the more difficulty of exploration and development, in particular the development of some fracture easily loss, low-voltage, low porosity and low permeability reservoirs, the drilling is very difficult, which demand better drilling fluid. This paper introduces a system formulation of oil-in-water drilling fluid, optimize oil-in-water drilling fluid formulation, evaluate the stability, the anti-pollution, the anti-sah and the lubrication of oil in Water drilling fluid system. The experiment shows that the oil-in-water drilling fluid system have the performance of lower filtration rate, good antisalt, better anti-pollution and better lubrication, which can meet the requirements of drilling .
