针对气相聚乙烯装置火炬排放气系统的特点,从管网计算、低温工况、烷基铝和树脂粉末等问题进行了分析讨论,总结了工程设计中相关问题的处理方法和设计要点。

This paper presents several main characteristics of gas phase PE plant flare vents system.Analyzes some considerations such as the flare header network,the low temperture case, aluminum alkyls and the resin powder.And finally presents the solutions and the key point of design.
