摘要
主要论述了尿素出塔粒子温度受造粒塔的类型、造粒手段,自然条件等方面的影响.提出了自然通风式造粒塔可根据自然条件的变化通过热量平衡计算调节风门的大小,控制进风量,实现出塔粒子温度较低的理论依据。
Focuses influence on particle temperature out the urea prilling tower with the type of tower, granulator means, and natural conditions etc. proposed to adjust the size of the air door about natural draft ventilation prilling tower according to the natural condition change through thermal balance computation ,to control supply air volume to achieve particle temperature lower out the urea prilling tower theory basis.
