摘要
本文主要讨论在什么条件下可以把实际带电体看作点电荷。目的在于讨论怎样才能更深刻地理解这个概念,并在实验和理论研究中准确地运用它。有些地方在传统看法的基础上有所深化。
The condition under which a charged-body can be regarded as a point charge in practice is discussed mainly in this paper. The purpose is to discuss how to make a deeper understanding of this concept, and how to use it more precisely and exactly in experimental and theoretical studies. Some former ideas have been deepened.
