慢性肺阻塞疾病患者的自我效能与BODE指数的相关性研究

The Relationship between Self-efficacy and BODE Index among Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能与BODE指数的相互关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表测定58例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能,并采用BODE指数评分系统评定患者的BODE指数,将患者的自我效能和BODE指数进行相关分析。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能均分为(25.37±6.33)分,仅31.03%的患者自我效能得分处于高水平;慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能与BODE指数呈负相关(r=-0.583,p<0.01)。结论医务人员应采取一定的干预措施,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我效能,从而有利于其预后。

Objective：To explore the relationship between self-efficacy and BODE index among the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）. Methods：58 COPD patents were measured by the General Self-efficacy Seale and BODE index scoring system. Results：The self-efficacy score was 25.37±6.33,only 31.03% of the patients scored high level of self-efficacy. The self-efficacy of the COPD patients was negatively correlated with BODE index（r=-0.583 ,p 〈0.01）. Conclusion：Interventions should be given to help the COPD patients build better self-efficacy and improve the quality of the treatments.
