摘要
目的：通过对确诊的胃癌病例中有明显消化道出血者进行分析，观察其临床特点，探讨诊治方法。方法：总结有明显消化道出血的胃癌病例的临床表现特点，观察其病理分型、治疗方法及治疗效果。结果：胃癌出血的病例多为Ⅱｃ，Ⅱｃ＋Ⅲ及ＢｏｒｒｍａｎｎⅡ、Ⅲ。临床特点多数有黑便史，少数表现为急性出血。而这其中又多为溃疡型胃癌，手术治疗效果确切。结论：胃癌出血多为慢性失血，少数为急性出血。钡餐及纤维胃镜有重要诊断价值，手术为首选治疗方法。本文提出５种手术方式。
Objective:observe the clinical characteristics and explore the diagnosis and treatment,We analysed some cases with carcinoma of stomach with the complication of hemorrhage confirmed diagnosis.Method:In this article we analysed the clinical manifestation and observed the pathomorphological classifcation and the effect of treatment.Results:Most of the cases of gastritc cancer withcomplications of hemorrhage belonged to the pathomorphological classifcation Ⅱc、Ⅱc+Ⅲ,and Borrman Ⅱ、Ⅲ。Most of the cases had melena ,the others had accute upper alimentary tract bleeding.Most of the cases were gastrilcancer with ulcer.Operative treatment had confirmed dffect.Conclusion:Most of the cases of the complications of hemorrhage were chronic upper.alimentary tractbleeding,the others were accute.Bariummeal examination and gastrofiberscopy are reliable technigues in diagnosis of gastriccancer.operation is the primary treat ment and there are five operative mehtods introduced in this article.
