摘要
目的:探讨贲门癌细胞生物学行为及其临床意义。方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学方法,应用Vim、CHG、HCG3种抗体对62例贲门癌进行标记。结果:CHG抗体表达12例,HCG表达32例,Vim表达33例,CHG-Vim共同表达12例,HCG-Vim共同表达19例,CHG-HCG共同表达9例,HCG-Vim-CHG共同表达8例。其中Vim、HCG表达的肿瘤60%以上出现在低分化癌细胞中。结论:贲门癌具有多向分化的特征,伴有向间叶、滋养叶分化的肿瘤大多数分化低并与临床预后有一定关系。对认识贲门癌生物学行为,探讨其预后及依肿瘤向不同组织分化采用药物治疗有指导意义。
Objective:This paper was to study the biological behavior of cells from cardiac cancer and its clinical implications.Methods: Sixty-two specimens from gastric cardiac carcinoma were marked by three kinds of antibodies Vim,HCG,and CHG. We observed the positive espression of cells by immunohistochemical technique(S P).[WT5”HZ〗Results:[WT5”BZ]Positive expression was present in 33 specimens for Vim,in 32 for HCG,and in 14 for CHG. Co expression was present in 19 cases for Vim HCG,in 9 for HCG CHG,in 12 for Vim CHG,and in 8 for Vim CHG HCG. Conclusions:Cells in cardiac carcinoma exerted a function of multidirectional differentiation,which might guide the physicians to select more specific drugs. Most poorly differentiated cells were in positive expression of HCG Vim,which was related with prognosis.
