带状疱疹的治疗体会

目的探讨带状疱疹的治疗方法。方法回顾我院2004～2008年所有带状疱疹患者(共167例)的治疗经过和预后。结果伐昔洛韦治疗比阿昔洛韦起效快,疗程短、疗效显著、无严重不良反应,早期神经阻滞能明显提高本病的治愈率且神经阻滞越早皮疹消退越快,疼痛持续时间越短。结论带状疱疹的治疗如无禁忌证因早期使用神经阻滞治疗,抗病毒药物伐昔洛韦优于阿昔洛韦。

Objective To explore the treatment method of herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective review in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 all patients with herpes zoster（a total of 167 cases） after treatment, and prognosis.Results Valaciclovir treatment effect than acyclovir fast, short course of treatment, significant effects, no serious adverse reactions. Early nerve block can increase the cure rate of the nerve block and the sooner the rash subsided rapidly and the shorter duration of pain. Conclusion The treatment of herpes zoster patients without contraindications due to the early use of nerve block therapy, antiviral drugs valaciclovir than acyclovir.
