湿润皮簇内置术治疗Ⅲ度烧伤68例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 68 patients with the third degree skin burns treated with implantation of skin cells

目的:探讨湿润皮簇内置术治疗Ⅲ度烧伤围术期的护理方法。方法:对68例Ⅲ度烧伤患者136个创面采用湿润皮簇内置术治疗,术前加强心理护理,做好术前指导;术中配合医生完成湿润皮簇内置术;术后密切观察病情,预防感染,加强营养支持。结果:创面甲级愈合128个(94.1%),乙级愈合8个(5.9%),无丙级及丁级愈合。68例患者均顺利出院。结论:对湿润皮簇内置术患者给予精心围术期护理,可确保手术成功,促进患者康复。

Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of the third degree skin burns with implantation of skin cells. Methods： Implantation with skin cells was applied to the treatment of 136 burn wounds of 68 patients with the third degree bums. Preoperative psychological care and guidance were enhanced; assisted doctors to complete implantation of skin cells ; close observation, prevention of infection and nutritional support were comprehensively implemented. Results ： 128 wounds healed in grade A （94.1%）, 8 wounds in grade B （5.9%）, no wounds healed in grade C and D. 68 patients were successfully discharged from hospital. Conclusion ： In the treatment of kin bums with implantation of skin cells, careful perioperative nursing care can ensure the success of the implantation and promote patient＇s recovery.
