摘要
通过对驻马店中集华骏车辆有限公司供应链管理各环节的现状分析,指出问题所在并提出改进建议,旨在使企业站在供应链全局的高度,整合供应链资源,建立适合于中集华骏车辆有限公司的供应链管理运作模式,改善供应链运作的效率及效果,提高公司的核心竞争力。
In the 21st century,the management of supply chain has become an important and indispensable tool that the enterprises use to improve the core competence. This paper sets an analysis of the supply chain management in all aspects in Zhumadian Huajun Vehicles Co., Ltd, pointing out the problem of all aspects and making recommendations for improvement, aimed to enable the enterprises to stand the high point of whole supply chain level to integrate the supply chain resources and establish the suitable management and operation mode of supply chain for Huajun Vehicle Co., Ltd. CIMC in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness and raises the company s core competence.
