摘要
目的:研究猫人参总皂苷对小鼠皮下移植瘤的抑制作用及机制。方法:建立小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,观察猫人参总皂苷体内抑制肿瘤作用。运用免疫组化法,检测猫人参总皂苷对肿瘤组织中微血管的影响。结果:猫人参总皂苷对小鼠皮下移植瘤有显著抑制作用。给药组肿瘤组织的微血管密度和VEGF表达与阴性对照组有显著差异。结论:猫人参总皂苷对小鼠移植瘤的生长有抑制作用,其作用机制之一可能是抗血管生成。
Objective:To explore the inhibitory effect of total saponin from actinidia valvata dunn on marine transplanted tumour and its anti-turnout mechanisms. Methods :The transplant tumor mouse model was used to observe the inhibition effects of total sapenin from actinidia valvata dunn on H22 cells in vivo. Immunohisto chemistry for F8 along with VEGF on the tumor tissue was performed. Results : The total saponin from aetinidia valvata dunn could obviously antitumor activity in transplant tumor mice model. The inhibition rates were 53.2 % and 43.5%. The MVD,in the experimental groups were signiilcanfly lower than control group. The expression of VEGF on the transplanted tumor was significantly inhibited. Conclusion :Total saponin from aetinidia valvata dunn has marked inhibition effects on the growth of murine transplanted tumor. Anti-angiogenesis probably is one of the anti-tumor mechanisms.
