温阳化痰法对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌酶及心肌病理形态学的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Warming Yang and Resolving Phlegm Method on the Myocardial Enzyme and Myocardial Pathomorphology of Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rats

摘要 目的:研究温阳化痰法对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌酶及心肌病理形态学的影响,以探讨其对心肌缺血保护作用机制。方法:将SD系大鼠50只,随机分为:假手术组、模型组、栝蒌薤白半夏汤低剂量组和高剂量组,阳性对照组为地奥心血康组,每组10只大鼠,雌雄各半。通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,用不同剂量的栝蒌薤白半夏汤处理,造模后1h采血检测血清心肌酶CK和CK-MB的水平,取心肌组织进行心肌病理形态学观察。结果:急性心肌缺血模型组,CK和CK-MB水平明显升高,心肌有不同程度损害,与假手术组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);栝蒌薤白半夏汤组可以有效降低CK和CK-MB水平,保护缺血心肌纤维结构和功能,与模型组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P(0.01)。结论:温阳化痰法能有效保护急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌结构和功能,改善心肌血液循环,防止心肌损伤。 Objective:To investigate the effects of warming yang and resolving phlegm method (WYRP)on the myocar- dial enzyme and myocardial pathomorphology of acute myocardial ischemia rats for investigation of protective mechanism of WYRP on myocardial ischemia. Methods :50 SD rats were allocated to sham-operation group (SOG) ,model group (MG), low dosage Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction (GXBD) group( LGG), high dosage GXBD group(HGG) and positive control medicine group(PCMG) randomly,each group 10 rats ( half female and male). The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute ischemic myocardium. Blood would be collected for assaying the level of serum ereatine kinase(CK) and CK- MB,and myocardial pathomorphological examination would be preceded after the myocardial ischemia models being set up for one hours. Results : GXBD could decrease not only the levels of CK and CK - MB, but also ameliorate myocardial pathomorphological changes in acute myocardial ischemia rate, Compared with those of the model group (P 〈 0. 01,P 〈 0. 05 respectively). Conclusion:The warming yang and resolving phlegm method might play an imporatant role in the modulation of the myocardial enzyme as well as in the amelioration of myocardial injury and vascular endothelial function in acute myocardial ischemia rats.
