胆胃舒颗粒在胆管结石内镜取石术后的应用观察

Clinical Observation of Danweishu Granules After Bile Duct Stone Removed by Endoscope

目的：观察口服中药胆胃舒颗粒在胆管结石内镜取石术后的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察治疗前后肝功能（ALT、TBA、GGT）、临床症状、胆汁引流量的变化及2年后胆管结石复发的情况,进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组患者肝功能及临床症状改善情况优于对照组,术后第1-5天平均胆汁引流量大于对照组,2年后胆管结石复发率低于对照组,上述指标与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：胆胃舒颗粒在胆管结石内镜取石术后应用,能有效改善肝功能及临床症状,增加胆汁排泄,降低胆管结石复发率。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese traditional medical Danweishu granules after taking out of the bile duct stone by endoscope. Methods ：60 patients ware divided randomly into 2 groups ,30 of them treated by endoscopic therapy（control group）, and other 30 of them treated by endoscopic therapy and taking Danweishu granules （treatment group）, observe the change of live function （ALT, TBA , GGT）, clinical symptoms, bile drainage quantity and the relapse rate of bile duct stone after 2 years. Results ： The change of-live function, clinical symptoms in treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the bile drainage quantity after endoscopic therapy was more than control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the relapse rate of bile duct stone after 2 years was lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Taking Danweishu granules after endoscopic therapy could improve the live function and the clinical symptoms, increase the bile drainage quantity,reduce the relapse rate of bile duct stone.
