益气养阴合剂治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study of Treating Early Stage Diabetes and Nephropathy with Mist of Benefiting Air and Supporting Negation

目的:研究益气养阴合剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组(30例)及对照组(30例),观察临床证候积分、尿白蛋白排泄率、血糖、肾功能、血脂等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%;对照组总有效率66.6%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组能明显改善临床证候积分,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组均能降低UAER、Bun、Scr,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);但治疗组能明显降低尿UAER,两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴合剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。

Objective： Clinical curative effect of treating early stage diabetes and nuphropathy with mist of benofitlng air and supporting nogation is studied. Methods： Sixty patieut of early stage diabetes and nephropathy are divided into treatment group and control group at random. Observing clinic integration, urinary albnmin, blood sugar, nephros function and blood fat etc. Results：The efficiency rate of treatment group is 90. 0% and the efficiency rate of control group is 66.6%. By contrasting two groups of efficiency rate, the difference has outstanding meaning（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The troutmeut group can improvo clinic integration in evidence. Comparing treatment front - to - back,the difforence has outstanding meaning（P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）. Two groups all reduce UAER,Bun and Scr. Comparing treatment front - to - back,the difference has outstanding meaning（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ） ,but the treatment group can reduce UAER in evidence. By contrasting two groups of efficiency ,the difference has outstanding mesnlng（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：So treating early stage and nephropathy with mist of benefiting air and supporting nesation has good curative effect.
