不同批次丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A和丹酚酸B的含量比较 被引量:3

The Comparison of Contents of TanshinoneⅡA and Salvianolie Acid B in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from Different Batches

摘要 目的:比较不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。方法:以高效液相色谱法检测不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为25℃,按外标法定量。检测丹参酮ⅡA流动相为甲醇-水(85∶15),检测波长270nm;检测丹酚酸B流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(28.5∶9.5∶1.0∶61.0),检测波长286nm。结果:不同批次丹参中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的含量分别为0.149%-0.270%及2.85%-5.04%。结论:不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量差异较大。 Objective:To compare the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolie acid B in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae from different batches. Methods :The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolie acid B in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae were determined by HPLC on a C18 column,and the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min^-1. The column temperature was 2.5℃ and the quantification used external standard method. The contents of tanshinone ⅡA were determined with methanol-water( 85 : 15 )as mobile phase, and the wavelength of UV detector was 270 nm. The contents of salvianolie acid B were determined with methol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water(28.5: 9.5: 1.0: 61.0) as mobile phase,and the wavelength of UV detector was 286 nm. Results :The contents of tanshinone ⅡA were ranged from 0. 149% - 0. 270% ,and the contents of salvianolic acid B were ranged from 2. 85% -5.04%. Conclusion :There was relatively large difference in the contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B from different batches.
