随着生活用纸行业的快速发展,市场竞争对于成纸品质和生产成本提出了更高的要求,而纤维改性酶在生活用纸中的实际应用表明:它不但能提高成纸的综合品质,还能进一步降低总的生产成本。纤维改性酶是环境友好型产品,应用安全方便。文中详细列举了巴克曼纤维改性酶在中国不同纸机上的实际应用案例。

Innovation, customer demands, expectations for better quality and cost efficiency have become the major challenges for tissue and towel manufacturers. The application of Fiber Modification Enzymes （FME） on different types of tissue processes and tissue grades has shown promising benefits, not only on improving tissue quality but also in reducing production costs. Additional benefits have been noted with furnish optimization and refining energy reduction. Fiber modification enzymes provide tissue and towel manufacturers with the flexibility to select quality improvement, cost savings or both. FME has proven to be the best solution to improve tissue quality taking into the account softness, bulk and tensile strength. Three successful applications in China＇s tissue mills are presented in this paper.
